T46 Coffee Table, Walnut
This is a minimalist equilateral triangle coffee table designed by Hein Stolle in 1946. This coffee table is made from beautifully laminated plywood that ages gracefully, formed with artistic bending. Fifty-five years after its design, in 2001, ISOKON acquired the production rights and commercialized it for the first time. The form, created by cutting a single 7-ply plywood sheet into an equilateral triangle and bending it, is thin and lightweight yet strong, with a minimalist design that leverages the properties of plywood.
